✨ The Inspiration Behind the Christmas Blessing Initiative

Growing up, Christmas was always filled with the warmth of family and the smell of my grandmother’s sweet candied yams filling the house. My grandfather, a man of quiet faith and steady generosity, had a tradition that marked every Christmas for his grandchildren. No matter how many of us there were, he made sure that each grandchild received $200 as a gift. It wasn’t just about the money — it was about the message behind it. His giving spirit taught us that love is multiplied when it is shared, and that blessing others is one of the greatest joys in life.

Though my grandfather has now passed on, his legacy of giving lives on. The Christmas Blessing Initiative was born out of that same heart — to remind children that they are seen, loved, and valued. Just as my grandfather blessed his grandchildren, we now carry that torch forward, blessing children in our community with $200 each for gifts of toys, clothes, or necessities.

This initiative is more than a tradition; it is a testimony. It is a way to honor the memory of a man whose faith and generosity left an eternal imprint on our family, while also spreading the hope of Christ during the holiday season.

One Child, One Miracle.

This Christmas, you have the power to be a vessel of God’s love and blessing! ✨ Your gift, whether small or large, helps us clothe, encourage, and uplift children in need — and a $200 sponsorship fully blesses one child with joy this holiday season. The Word says, ‘Give, and it will be given to you; a good measure, pressed down, shaken together, and running over…’ (Luke 6:38), and we stand in faith believing every seed sown will multiply. We humbly invite you to partner with us, knowing that through Christ, all families of the earth will be blessed (Genesis 12:3). In giving, we reflect the heart of our Savior who came not to be served, but to serve (Mark 10:45). Together, let us shine the light of Jesus into homes, creating a Christmas filled with faith, hope, and love (1 Corinthians 13:13). Thank you for walking with us in this vision — your compassion is the very miracle a child has been praying for.

🎄A Season of Love, A Gift of Joy🎄
We are joyfully preparing to bless 50 children ages newborn–17 through this year’s Christmas Blessing Initiative! We welcome all submissions to be creative and heartfelt — whether it’s a 1-page letter, a short video, a colorful PowerPoint, or anything that expresses why they’d love to be chosen. Applications will be accepted right here on our website, and gifts will be mailed and delivered to the mailing addresses provided by parents and guardians on the applications.

🎁 Gifts will be mailed and delivered between December 1–21, and families will receive notification as to how to select gifts shortly after their acceptance has been announced.

We invite you to prayerfully consider being a blessing of $200 for one child — but no gift is too small, and every offering counts. Together, we can light up hearts and homes with the love of Christ this holiday season. 💝
